In the Dog House
I planted a clematis vine in hopes it would grow and vine around the post that holds a birdhouse in my yard.
I envisioned the lush blooms eventually resembling something like this:

However, the spot where the little plant was just beginning to grow now resembles something like this:
And the individual responsible looks something like this:

oh my! i understand your pain, pamela, but all my garden wreckers only have two legs! i look at that beautiful dog and into his eyes...how could you ever be mad at him?? perhaps you could move the soon-to-be-beautiful clematis to another place and buy something more mature that your pup wouldn't harm?
